In 2020-2021 TP Engineering is implementing an investment project of Information Technology Support (ITS) to improve the SAP PM module and implement the RCM methodology at Saratovorgsintez LLC.
LLC Saratovorgsintez is a leading manufacturer of acrylonitrile, acetonitrile and sodium cyanide in Russia and is a 100% subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL.
The objectives of the project are:
- increasing of the reliability and operational safety level of production assets;
- improvement of decision making process by specialists involved in Maintenance Management Processes;
- improvement of the quality of work planning;
- increasing the level of automation of core business processes;
The project will result in such important indicators as:
- reduction in the number of failures of mechanical equipment, instrumentation and electrical equipment;
- increasing of reliability, availability and MTBR of equipment;
- improvement of quality of the planning and execution of maintenance.
