At the beginning of 2021, the “Review-competition” on labour protection based on the work of contractors at the facilities of LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC in the second half of 2020 was launched. The purpose of this contest was the implementation of the promotion of safe behaviour and motivation of contractors' employees in LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC.

According to the results of the contest, EPCM contractor of the project - TP Engineering took the first place.

The competition was attended by companies involved in construction works and overhaul of the facilities of LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC.

For a significant contribution to the development of a culture of safe behaviour and demonstrated leadership qualities in industrial safety matters HSE specialist of TP Engineering Ivan Sergeevich Redkin was awarded a Diploma for "The best labor protection specialist of the contracting organization" signed by Bogdanov A.Y., General Director of LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC.

The performance of work at the facilities of LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC is associated with a high degree of complexity and danger of the operations performed, requiring careful preparation and organization of workplaces, strict compliance with the requirements for organizing the safe production of all types of work at all stages of overhaul.
