Considering the novelty of the process and a large quantity of remote participants of the projects, as well as the need to make crucial organizational decisions, a decision to hold a conference in the period of 18-20 January 2017 in Moscow was made in the project boundaries

Such a large-scale presentation was held in cooperation with the group of LUKOIL organizations for the first time. Therefore, it was essential to demonstrate the scale of conducted work on the «Consulting services on the creation and implementation of the integrated system of managing the shutdowns of the technological objects in ООО «LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka» and «Implementation of reliability strategy by the RCM methodology» in OOO «LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez».

The goal of the conference was the discussion of the project implementation questions, education and increase in the qualifications of the profile specialists, making the crucial organizational decisions in the projects’ boundaries. The conference program included meetings and the job in sections, holding the thematic discussions and trainings.
